The Last of Us Multiplayer: Update and Teaser Release Pushed to 2024

While we haven’t really heard much about The Last of Us Multiplayer project, aside from the game being given more time to ensure it’s implemented in the best possible way, over the weekend the game director gave it the odd update.

Vinit Agarwal spoke on X about his efforts to complete Super Mario Bros. Wonder, then shared an additional update on the multiplayer project.

This comment is no doubt in response to some fans’ concerns that the game has been axed since the decision was made to spend more time developing it. Before announcing the additional development, Naughty Dog did say last year that we would hear more about the game in 2023, but we’re now undoubtedly looking to 2024 for a more complete teaser of what this multiplayer project will be. What to bring.
