Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Toyota Avanza is again ranked first in the best-selling car in June 2022 with 6,172 units sold. This million people car beat other competitors such as Mitsubishi Xpander and Honda Brio.
Under the Avanza, the Daihatsu Sigra Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) segment appeared, which sold 5,350 units. In fact, earlier this month, Daihatsu released a new version, the New Sigra, with a number of updates.
Turning to third place, there was the Toyota Rush which sold 4,709 units and the Honda Brio with 4,472 units. This month’s total sales of Brio are indeed higher than last month’s which was recorded at 4,121 units. However, in May Brio was ranked first as the best-selling car because the sales of its competitors were falling.

Brio Satya’s competitor in the LCGC class is the Toyota Calya. This car is ranked fifth best-selling sales with 4,035 units sold.
Last June, it seemed that the LCGC class was at its peak. When ranked 1 to 5 there were 3 cars in this segment that entered, then in the top 6-10 there were two other cars that entered, namely Daihatsu Ayla and Daihatsu Agya. This means that all types of LCGC are included in the top 10 bestsellers.
Daihatsu Ayla was ranked seventh by selling 2,516 units, while the Toyota Agya sold 2,144 units.

Toyota Avanza: 6,172 units
