Dozens of MIs also agreed to buy fried or improperly raised shares such as shares owned by Benny Tjokrosaputro and Heru Hidayat.

In addition, stock transactions using the alias loan name nominee affiliated with these two people. From there, the MI has a neutral role in managing investment as regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

“This is where MI plays a neutral role because it buys shares resulting from fried foods so that Jiwasraya suffers losses. This is one of the constructs of corruption,” Ali explained.
