The international conference will discuss the responsible use of artificial intelligence in military technologies
Representatives of about fifty national governments, military experts, scientists and non-governmental organizations will take part in the event.
The organizers of the conference emphasize that the use of artificial intelligence for military purposes will not only provide many opportunities, but will also create a series of challenges and uncertainties. Therefore, it is essential to discuss in order to promote the responsible development, implementation and use of artificial intelligence in the military field.
The Dutch government hopes that the conference will make it possible to lay the groundwork for countries to conclude international agreements in the future that would determine the responsible use of artificial intelligence in military technology.
