1is February 2021, Russie introduced a right ad valorem of 30% (not less than 165 €) per tonne of soybean exported, outside the Eurasian Economic Union. This measure concerns the only soybean cultivated in the Far East and destined for the Chinese market, it sows consternation on many levels, professional and political, regional and national.
