If bad bacteria can not be resisted, then problems arise digestion like diarrhea in child.

Then it can also cause child asthma, especially those of child who have allergic problems that make body health faltering and metabolism disturbed.

“Infectious diseases easily occur when there are more bad bacteria than good bacteria and the metabolism is determined by balance so if the body’s balance is disturbed then its metabolism is disrupted,” said Dr. Ariani.

Good bacteria are found in many foods which are fermented, such as food from Indonesian tempeh and Kimchi originating from South Korea.

“So prebiotic and probiotic foods are good for the digestive tract, including kimchi, tempeh, yogurt, apples and bananas that contain prebiotics,” concluded Dr. Ariani.
