Plot
A Space for the Unbound tells the story of a young boy named Atma who has to go through a supernatural event that he cannot explain logically. Together they are interested in completing a fairy tale with a different age friend named Nirmala, an accident ends up causing Atma to be dragged down by a heavy river current when it rains. His memory stops at the incident, but instead of dying, Atma wakes up in a school classroom.
In front of his eyes, sits a girl named Raya who clearly claims to be Atma’s girlfriend. This situation is of course confusing, because apart from the “nightmare” he just went through, he has no memories regarding Raya, let alone his status as a lover. However, with her sweet demeanor, it was not difficult for Raya to melt Atma’s heart at that moment. The two then concocted a list of activities they wanted to do as lovers, which, as predicted, became another weird start.
As time goes by, Atma discovers various irregularities in the world, including Raya and her school friends. First of all, the ability of the dream realm to penetrate the human mind and change their attitude has survived in this world. Second? He also finds that his girlfriend – Raya also has a special ability with various effects, but she can’t do it at will. Third? The world he lives in begins to show signs of strangeness that can’t be explained by logic, from humans suddenly acting like cats to some residents who keep repeating the same sentence.
