The head of OnePlus confirms that the company will not introduce the “11 Pro” model – Life Mix

According to OnePlus president Li Jie, the company will not produce the OnePlus 11 Pro model.

The OnePlus 11 was in China just a day ago and the phone has already been a big hit. The news comes from OnePlus China president Li Jie, who took to Weibo to share the news that the OnePlus 11 pre-launch had “passed the fastest sales number in the company’s history.” While he didn’t share any numbers, he did share another interesting fact, replying to a commenter that “there is no OnePlus 11 Pro”.

For someone who would probably be interested in buying a new OnePlus 11, this is great news, considering that in the past the company offered many different options for one of its smartphones, giving users a wide choice. For now, that means the OnePlus 11 will be the company’s flagship model. But that doesn’t mean something better isn’t on the horizon, as a new ‘T’ model could always be introduced later in the year with better specs and a slightly refreshed design.

When it comes to the OnePlus 11, the phone packs Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and up to 16GB of RAM. Additionally, the device features a large 6.7-inch LTPO 1440p AMOLED display that supports a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The 5,000mAh battery should be able to provide all-day battery life, and the phone’s support for 100W charging should allow you to top up in minutes.

OnePlus is once again co-developing the camera and associated software with Hasselblad, which should deliver excellent image quality on all three cameras of the OnePlus 11. portrait. Perhaps a unique part of the phone is that it will have a new 13-channel multi-spectral light color identification sensor which should help the phone take stunning photos regardless of the scenarios.

While the OnePlus 11 sounds exciting, it’s currently only available in China, but has an international release scheduled for next month. It will be interesting to see if the OnePlus 11 has what it takes to be crowned in 2023.
