Not suitable for baking sausages, carcinogens are released during cooking, which can be dangerous to human health. Meanwhile, sausages specially designed for frying do not use nitrite salts, which is why the formation of carcinogens is avoided. You can find grilled sausages on the trade shelves, and the choice of flavors is considerable, so when making sausages on the grill, I advise you to choose them, because they are more favorable for your health, ”says R. Čironis.

True, both ingredients must be prepared on indirect heat. “It’s important not to burn it, you just need to gently bite so much sausages, as well as buns. First of all, we eat with our eyes, so everyone can already see when the delicious products are browning, ”says the food technologist.
