Adil Sbai and Johannes Ruisinger founded WeCreate in Vienna and Hamburg, the first agency that focuses solely on the social media network TikTok. The agency is to support companies with data, market research and know-how to create the necessary structures for the use of TikTok.
The video network currently has around one billion active users per month. Companies that want to reach Generation Z cannot avoid it. “Mastering TikTok is much more challenging than Instagram. There are no photos, only videos, which requires creative storytelling. If this is missing, a video is rarely played, even if an account has many followers,” said Adil Sbai.

Right from the start, the agency has well-known customers: O2, Beiersdorf, the online fashion retailer Chiquelle and the Munich food startup 3Bears are on the list of the German-Austrian agency. “This platform poses a special challenge for companies because the content that was produced for other social networks often hardly works there. Conservative companies in particular find it difficult to rethink. Therefore, they should work closely with Creatorn and their own communities or long-term ones Build brand ambassadors that contribute to the core of the brand with their creativity and brand, ”adds Sbai.
However, Sbai (CEO) and Ruisinger (CTO) do not see themselves as classic agencies, because the services offered also aim to support other agencies. A dedicated influencer search engine was developed, which bears the name “InfluData by WeCreate”. WeCreate currently employs ten full-time employees and seven artists and has a pool of around 30 freelancers.
