“iDeal” company, which is the official distributor of “Apple” products, opens its doors to the first and only “”Apple” premium partner” store in the Baltics on January 20, at Brīvības Street 31, Riga. In total, there are only seven Apple stores with this concept in the world.
Before opening the doors to a wide range of visitors, a ceremonial presentation of the new store took place on Thursday evening. Nikolajs Zaikins, head of iDeal’s Latvian branch, announced: “We have invested a lot of work in creating and setting up the store. Nothing seen here is a coincidence, but the result of thoughtful and diligent work to create an opportunity for every store visitor to get exactly what he wants here – even if the visitor himself does not know what he needs.”
Following the “Apple” concept that everything should be easy to find and understand, the store layout is designed so that it is easy for the buyer to navigate not only in the range of offered devices, but also in the range of accessories. It should be emphasized that the interior of the store follows the guidelines developed by “Apple” – even the floor tiles are exactly the same as in other high-end stores where Apple products are sold. Also, the furniture is made in recognized factories of this brand.
The staff of the “IDeal” store are high-level professionals who know everything about Apple products – they will not only help to find the most suitable device for a given person, but will also provide high-level additional services, such as data transfer from the old to the new device. At the same time, device repair service, training and buyback of used goods are offered.
There are also special offers and solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Until now and in the future, iDeal stores of the “Apple” premium reseller” concept have been opened at TC “Spice” on Lielirbes street, TC “Riga Plaza” on Mūkusalas street, TC “Akropole Rīga” on Maskavas street, TC “Akropole Alfa” on Brīvības gatve. On the other hand, the first “IDeal” store on Brīvības street 40, which was opened 15 years ago, has been closed. This store will be replaced by the new premium partner class store on the opposite side of the street.
