The Vaudois bakery group Cornu inaugurates this weekend in Champagne, 10km from the Neuchâtel border, La Fabrique. This building includes a factory, a restaurant, an interactive museum and a direct sales store.
On the occasion of this celebration, which will take place from Saturday to Sunday, it will be exceptionally possible to visit the production lines of salt flutes. While keeping the most artisanal character possible, the machines make it possible to manufacture 350 kilos of flute per hour.
