The Euribor shoots up and we are on the way to 1%

A efectos prácticos esto supone que una hipoteca de 180.000€ a 25 años con un diferencial del 1% y revisión semestral pasará de pagar 640€ mensuales a 755€. Esto son 114€ más al mes o 1.373€ más al año.
