The English Football Association has released an official statement to provide updates on the position of matches in English football, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
And the “Premier League” has previously decided to postpone the seventh round of the English Premier League after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
And the FA statement stated on the return of the matches: “There will be coordination between the leagues and clubs with the competent authorities to organize these matches.”
He added: “We recommend that clubs, leagues and competitions across the country observe a minute of silence before matches start and wear black headbands.”
The FA statement concluded: “All scheduled football matches will be postponed to the day of Her Majesty’s funeral on Monday 19 September.”
