On the night of July 31, the enemy once again fired missiles at the Kharkov region.
An air raid alert was issued in the region at 4:01 am. Eyewitnesses report that they saw a total of 8 rockets that took off from the Belgorod region.
Kharkiv residents heard approximately 6 explosions – a fire broke out at the site of one of the “arrivals”. Probably some missiles fell in the area.
