The drama series starring Yuki Amami will become a film and will be completed.

It has been revealed that the movie version of “Emergency Interrogation Room THE FINAL” will be released on Friday, June 16, 2023.

“Emergency Interrogation Room” is a drama that has been broadcast on TV Asahi for 4 seasons since January 2014. This work describes the “Emergency Case Response Interrogation Team, commonly known as Kintori”, a specialized interrogation team of the First Investigation Division , who confronts suspects in a special interrogation room displayed. The average home audience rating for all 39 episodes was 13.1% (Kanto Region, Video Research Survey). Two drama specials and four seasons have been produced so far and the series will enter its eighth year in 2022. The theatrical version “Emergency Interrogation Room THE FINAL” is the final film in the series.

The main character, Yuki Amami, plays Yukiko Makabe, an interrogator whose credo is to “make the suspect completely naked”. Also, as members of the Emergency Investigation Team (commonly known as Kintori), Tetsuji Tanaka as manager Kajiyama Shori, Denden as Susumu Hishimoto, Fumiyo Kohinata as Haruo Koishikawa, and Watanabe, the first division’s “Motsunabe Combi” investigative. Mokomichi Hayami as Tetsuji, Kousuke Suzuki as Daijiro Kenmotsu and Takemasa Tsukaji as Matsuo Tamagaki return. Also in the cast is Koji Okura, who played the role of Kazuhisa Iwaki, who has been promoted from the head of the investigation department to deputy superintendent.

Additionally, the staff will continue from the drama along with the cast. “GOOD LUCK!! Yumiko Inoue, who wrote “White Tower”, “14-year-old mother”, “Hirugao-Lovers at 3 pm on weekdays-” and “BG-Personal Guardian”, directed by Jota Tsunehiro (TV Asahi)) picks up the megaphone. The shooting of this work will start at the end of May 2022 and will start in July of the same year. It is currently in production.

Tetsuji Tanaka (Victory Kajiyama role)

“Emergency Interrogation Room” ends in this film. I sincerely miss you.

Starting with Mr. Amami, the other co-stars are like family. The staff who patiently and sincerely worked on the filming.

I just memorize lines and speak, and I think those friends created the role of manager Kajiyama Katsutoshi, which I play.

Mokomichi Hayami (Tetsuji Watanabe role)

After finishing shooting this drama every time, I thought it would be nice if Kintori continued in the next season, but looking back, being able to participate in a work that lasted 8 years was a great asset for me. I feel lonely, but I myself am looking forward to the stage version, which has accumulated a story from the first season, and I would like to enjoy Kintori with everyone who will come to see it. Kintori! And motsunabe! Please expect by all means.

Kousuke Suzuki (Daijiro Kenmotsu role)

I am deeply moved. I’m thankful the drama continued for 8 years,

I’m happy that the audience can see it as a theatrical version.

As the name suggests, Daijiro Kenmotsu is a straight man who hates crooked things.

When I act, I feel comfortable and it’s rare to play someone with such a kind heart

I think filming Kintori has always been a struggle against tension.

I was given the opportunity to play the role of Iwaki.

I don’t think I’ve ever been able to relax and shoot until the last film.

It’s not like I want to complain all the time.

Takemasa Tsukaji (Matsuo Tamagaki role)

I’ve been on it since season 3, but it’s a development where the suspect who keeps lying and keeping quiet in the interrogation room is forced to confess through psychological warfare using only words. I thought it was a worthwhile drama, but I was excited every time like it was someone else’s problem. Smile

The solid performance of the elders and the friendly atmosphere away from the shooting. Both were great times to learn.

I walked tense on the red carpet,

When I finally reached the tiered platform, my hairless head was dripping with cold sweat.

I was confused by the nonsensical question from the media,

I don’t really remember what I said, but it was eight years ago at the first Kintori production presentation.

This was the start of a good period.

Actors care about acting. life. I’m fumbling trying to find something,

Ultimately, the power of the co-stars added depth to Hishimoto.

Under General Amami-san, the uncles happily talked about the world at the shooting site, and sometimes they were stared at by the general… I was happy for this drama to continue as a series for 8 years.
