Books – Muhammad Hammam:

Mohamed Abul-Ela, the doctor of the Egyptian team, said that the trio Mohamed Salah, Muhammad Al-Nani and Ahmed Hassan (Coca) are now in home isolation, revealing that things are stable after the trio was infected with the new Corona virus (Covid-19).

The Egyptian national team doctor added, in statements on the MBC Egypt screen: “Mohamed Salah is still infected with Corona virus, and as for Muhammad Al-Nani, we wanted to undergo a new smear, although we were sure that the result would be positive.”

And he continued: “The cases of the three injured are stable between no symptoms and everyone is in home isolation now, and the duo, Muhammad Al-Nani and Ahmed Hassan Coca, will undergo the next swab after 5 days, as for Salah, it will be before that.”

He ended: “It is the right of any player to participate in individual training in the gym as long as he does not face any respiratory symptoms.”

And Mohamed Salah was infected with the Corona virus last Friday, before the first Togo match, which was held on Saturday, as part of the African Nations Cup qualifiers and qualifying for Cameroon.

On the other hand, Mohamed Al-Nani was infected with the virus last Monday evening, before the second Togo match, while Ahmed Hassan “Coca” was announced on Wednesday after the arrival of the national team.

The Egyptian national team was able to win twice at the expense of the first Togo national team, which ended with a score (1-0), and then won (3-1) in the third and fourth round of the continental qualifiers.

It is noteworthy that the Egyptian national team now tops the Group G ranking with 8 points, equal to the Comoros with the same score, as the “Pharaohs” need to achieve a draw at the very least against Kenya in order to ensure formal qualification.
