The PCP returned this Wednesday to the table of the State Budget negotiations for 2021. It is a face-to-face return, since, from a distance, in speeches and declarations, the communists were always making known what their priorities are. On the Bloc’s side, the talks once again included the Prime Minister (there was a phase when they were sectoral), and that is how the party wants everything to continue. The Budget is 12 days from São Bento and there are some advances, as the Government says, but there are also at least three dead ends.
