The Czechs are attacking a pump at the border. AdBlue is significantly cheaper there

The current crisis with the lack of AdBlue, without which modern diesel cars cannot be started, has once again aroused the interest of Czech drivers in going to the pumps around the border.

Although urea is becoming more expensive in our neighbors, it is still cheaper than in the Czech Republic. And most importantly, it is available. The editors of Deník, who found out AdBlue prices in the surrounding states, were also convinced of this.

“What’s going on with you? At the end of last week, it was the Czech car itself, “the pumper asked the reporter at the first gas station behind the border crossing in Cottbus.

But buying AdBlue in a plastic canister doesn’t pay much in Poland either, the liter will cost a hundred crowns. However, if you refuel the tapped liquid, it is cheaper. For example, the Orlen pump in Cieszyn, Poland, sold a liter of AdBlue from a tank for 14 crowns. At the Crab petrol station behind Těšín in the direction of Źory, they sold a liter in terms of only 11 crowns.

Cheaper AdBlue is available in Germany. For example, in Saxony, according to the clever-tanken.de server, a liter costs an average of 69 cents, ie less than 18 crowns. It is even slightly cheaper in Bavaria, where according to the same server, a liter of additive costs 66 cents.

Even in Austria, urea can be purchased cheaper than in our country, even “packaged”. For example, in Salzburg, you can get a ten-liter canister at gas stations for ten to 15 euros (250 to 380 CZK). A liter of urea costs 25 crowns. “I also came across an offer from one chain, where I managed to buy ten liters for 8.99 euros (225 CZK),” the driver Manfred from Salzburg described to Deník.
