In Anglet, the Clos d’Ainara project is taking shape. The end of construction works is estimated in the first quarter of 2022

Le Clos d’Ainara is a real estate project located rue de Lamouly, in Anglet, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department. Led by real estate developer Manéo Habitat, this program includes the creation of an inclusive residence and the reuse of materials. Work began last August for delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.

This real estate project is the result of collaboration between Manéo Habitat, Habitat Sud Atlantic, the City of Anglet as well as associations specializing in disability. It consists of building inclusive social housing for adults with disabilities. It will include four buildings, including one building housing fifteen housing units exclusively dedicated to people with autistic, neurological or cognitive impairments. As for the other three buildings, they will be made up of offices and housing intended for free access and social access.

In addition, the construction is part of an environmentally friendly approach through the reuse of materials and plants on the site.
