According to him, a successful leader has humility, is open, fair and authentic.

The most successful leaders, he continued, are not the smartest people in a company or the people who work the hardest.

Dimon continued, management in a company must complete brand tasks well. They also have to exercise discipline, company planning, analyze facts. Then getting the right people to work, killing the bureaucracy that hinders and the things that don’t support the progress of the company.

However, Dimon emphasized that the key to leadership is not only doing that.

Real leadership according to him is about having respect for others, not about having charisma or brain power.

Dimon was also looking for these traits at hiring, he said in July. When interviewing or grading promotions, Dimon asks himself several questions about the candidate, including, “Will you be working for that person? Would you like your child to work for that person? “

In his role as CEO, Dimon said he tries to put what he teaches into practice.
