Amien Rais received news of the content of the conversation with Hasyim to inform him that his political party was the only political party not to pass as a participant in the 2024 elections.

Ridho Rahmadi then recounted the content of the private conversation in more detail. Ridho said Hasyim initially spoke about technical issues.
“Yes, that’s right, roughly the atmosphere in Pak Hasyim’s room, then we talked for maybe half an hour. In that discussion, information was received that the Ummat Party was the only party that is not past. The initial talks were a bit technical,” Ridho said on the same occasion.
Ridho raised the issue that the Ummat party was declared ineligible in two provinces by the provincial audit recapitulation results of the KPU, East Nusa Tenggara and North Sulawesi. He accused the existence of discriminatory actions in these two areas.
“I also convey that in these two regions, North Sulawesi and NTT, there are indeed discriminatory actions. One of them is the DPD in that area not receiving video recordings, of course we cannot get the SS we expect and so on.
