There is something new to the Catho ! For the September 2022 intakethe Faculty of Management, Economics and Science (FGES) of theCatholic University of Lille (North) announces the creation of two new masters within his Digital School.
Digital strategy
They will be set up on the WENOV campus at the heart of Euratechnologies. the Master in Digital Strategyfirst of all, will train students for two years to support companies in their digital transformation.
“Encouraged by the health crisis, the demand for digitization of companies is growing. Through this work-study training, students develop their digital, management and innovation skills, ”says the university.
The class of this master will be made up of about twenty students, from a bachelor’s degree in management science, economics, law or computer science. “Students from other fields will also have the opportunity to join the Master’s subject to demonstrating a strong appetite for digital and for the business world. A background in management is recommended.
And Claire Thibout, educational manager of the Master, to specify: “the training will offer specialized lessons around digital techniques, while emphasizing ‘soft skills’, corporate social responsibility and ethics linked to digital. These skills are essential to successfully carry out digital transition processes in companies”.
Responsible marketing
The second novelty for the start of the 2022 school year will be the Master International Marketing and Responsible Cocreation. It will offer students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of marketing “while integrating sustainable development as a common thread”. Delivered 100% in English, the training is offered as a double degree in partnership with a university in Italy. It is performed alternately.
Students will be able to take advantage of fundamental courses on decision-making models, brand management and international marketing. In addition, it includes more specific modules on the marketing of innovation, automation or questions relating to the value of the product for the consumer.
Students holding a bachelor’s degree in management sciences and economics can join it, the training is also accessible to students of applied foreign languages subject to an appetite and a desire to evolve in responsible marketing.
In addition, in order to integrate a sustainable dimension into the training courses, the Finance Master will have a facelift and will become the Responsible and Sustainable Finance Master. In addition to the curriculum in place since its opening, the program will integrate, from the start of the 2022 academic year, green finance modules geared towards the consideration of ESG criteria and issues.
