In the fall of 2019, an ambulance substation in Bugulma received a call. Doctors who came to one of the houses in the private sector discovered bleeding in a 1.5-year-old baby who was at home with her father and siblings. A doctor in the hospital found signs of violence. The investigator opened a criminal case, but in April 2020, the man was acquitted for lack of corpus delicti. He de accidentally injured a childchanging his diaper, his wife supported him.
