Residents anywhere in Spain who want to travel to the Canary Islands will no longer have to present a proof PCR or antigen negative by coronavirus. It so happens that the period that the Government of the Canary Islands had established for this obligation ended on Monday and the Executive has not renewed the order.
This measure it will not affect travelers from foreigners that they will have to continue presenting a PCR that proves that they have tested negative for coronavirus.
The Canary Islands lifts the regional closure this weekend, but it will keep it on the islands of Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, where 2 of the 2.2 million inhabitants of the archipelago reside.
