The cake mixing fair at Chandy’s Resort was impressive

Adimali: The cake-making fair at Chandy’s Resort has gone extraordinary for the eighth year after giving the lesson of love and care. The fair of mixing dried fruit for 6000 kg cake specially prepared for Christmas was organized. The blend was prepared by scientifically processing and drying more than 20 types of fruit such as raisins and cashews. Keeping them safe for more than two months increases the sweetness, flavor and quality of the plum cake. The fair was organized at the Chandis Resort, built in harmony with nature near Munnar Pallivasal. Present were CEO Mathew Kuruwila, Father Kuruwila Joseph, Mathew’s son and CEO Alan Kuruwila Mathew and others. The apple has become more attractive with the gathering of local and foreign tourists and locals. The 15 gold coins placed among the dried fruits attracted the attention of the lucky participants of the fair. General manager and renowned chef Nibu James, executive chefs Anil Jose and Bibin George, who head up the resort’s operations, also led the way. Chandis’ job is to promote the importance of responsible tourism and ensure various services to the local population. Love is shared by giving the cakes prepared for Christmas to tourists and people who come here.
