The Braves defeated the Mets and moved closer to the top of their conference

After the defeat this Monday in the first game of the miniseries, the Atlanta Braves They took revenge on the New York Mets and they beat them 4-1 in a duel played at SunTrust Park.

In the current MLB champion stood out Matt Olson and Adam Duvall with home runs each.

The Mets began by winning the game in the fifth inning thanks to Francis Lindor who hit a triple to the Braves center fielder that reached him to drive in the run of Brandon Nimmo.

In the sixth, Atlanta managed to go ahead thanks to Olson’s 426-foot homer that went into center field. Dansby Swanson he scored runs as did Olson.

Duvall closed out the game in the seventh with another 412-foot homer that went into left field. Along with the American outfielder he scored Travis d’Arnaud to make the final 1-4.

With this mark, the Braves reached a mark of 53-36 over the 54-34 of the Mets. Both novenas will meet again this Wednesday in the last game of the series.
