An investment of two million euros
The brewery manager knows the business environment is not easy to start a restaurant as inflation is increasingly eroding our purchasing power. But he has faith in the project: “Obviously we are counting the attraction of our monument which is the most spotted and recognizable of Saint-Étienne and the one for which we all have a particular affection, namely Geoffroy-Guichard, but also the quality of our cuisine and our hospitality, which make this place very easy to use “.
Two million euros were invested in the construction of this brewery.
