The 2×01 of Picard brought back the Borg, some villains that we have already had in other series like The new generation and in movies, and in the first season of Picard. When these begin to resemble the ship Stargazer, Jean-Luc must make a decision and decides to self-destruct. But as the countdown winds down, Picard wakes up to find himself in a different world.
Q He is responsible for this, and we later learn that he has changed reality to give Picard one last lesson. But not everything is so easy, and it is that Q seems to hide something, although he has not yet been fully explored.
In this new reality, Picard he is a quite dictatorial army general and after reuniting with their friends, who have also undergone this change, they meet the Borg Queen. She seems to have answers, and they decide to enlist her help, even knowing how dangerous she can be. The plan is to travel back in time to Los Angeles in 2024which is where Q seems to have changed reality.

“In my opinion, she is a different incarnation of the Borg Queen. My version is going to have all the information and all the memories that the other two have, but she is the very embodiment of it.”
