IN Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishers told how many deer and fallow deer were resettled in the hunting grounds last year.
In the summer, 120 red deer (Vitebsk ROS, Borisov ROS, Soligorsk ROS) and 81 fallow deer (Brest ROS, Brest OOS and Volkovysk ROS) were settled in the hunting grounds.
In the autumn-winter period, 242 red deer and 165 fallow deer were purchased and placed in enclosures for keeping game animals.
This is being done as part of a set of measures to implement the subprogram “Hunting” of the state program “Belarusian Forest” for 2021-2025 RGOO BOOR (resettlement of game animals).
Similar work will be continued in the future.
