The Junta de Andalucía has awarded grants for the rehabilitation of buildings to 24 communities of owners in the province of Córdoba, with 332 homes and 830 residents. The provisional lists of beneficiaries can be consulted on the website of the Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructures, Territorial Planning.
Of the aforementioned subsidies, 13 are from line 1, (conservation works, improvement of the safety of use and accessibility). They correspond to 194 homes and 485 residents. In line 2 (works to improve energy efficiency and sustainability), there are 11 communities, with 138 homes and 345 residents. The total grant to be awarded is 1,087,500.88 euros (954,765.25 euros on line 1 and 132,735.63 euros on line 2).
