Last Sunday, December 27, we all watched television with enthusiasm as if it were the final of a World Cup, and it is no wonder. Araceli, a 96-year-old woman who lives in the Los Olmos residence in Guadalajara, was the first Spanish to be vaccinated against the coronavirus. During the next few months, a priori, we can begin to regain the hope and illusion that the happy virus has taken from us. It is time to listen to scientists, doctors and, in short, experts. Scientists have found a valid vaccine for covid-19, they have completed in record time (less than a year) a process that usually takes several years to carry out, hopefully the vaccine will put an end to this pandemic that has taken the lives of almost two million people.
