The Barcelona taxi will continue with self-regulation at 60%
The Metropolitan Taxi Institute (IMET) has published in the internal application of the taxi drivers of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (TAXI AL DÍA), a message recalling that the recommendation to provide the taxi service in the AMB, announced on September 4 , has no expiration date and will remain in effect until otherwise published.
In parallel, the IMET Board of Directors will initiate the legal process of the regulatory modification that will give legal guarantees to a new regulation.
According to the associations of the sector, this modification can take up to three months.
The IMET recommendation will not be modified, although the representatives of the sector requested that the recommended holidays be rotating, the ACCO would file a lawsuit in the event of any change.
