The Baccarat Hotel New York: A Glamorous Glass Tower Designed by Gilles & Boissier

A stone’s throw from the iconic MoMA and Fifth Avenue, this glass and crystal tower alone evokes a glamorous New York of the 1940s, dotted with French touch.

The sumptuous decor imagined by Gilles & Boissier

In 2015, the crystal factory Baccarat has chosen one of the chicest addresses in Midtown to inaugurate its first New York hotel. Designed by the designer duo Gilles & Boissier, this glass palace, stretched over 42 floors, combines architecture in the purest New York spirit and French-style interior decoration, luxurious and shimmering. The centerpiece, the crystal scattered throughout the hotel (candlesticks, vases, lamps, table services, etc.) attracts the eye and is reflected in the Hungarian point parquet floors and the stainless steel furniture. A well-calibrated mix & match of modern pieces and old school collections for an address that has quickly become the favorite HQ of a pretty fauna.

Bright suites and rooms

Facing the New York skyline, the 114 rooms and suites of the Baccarat hotel are cozy cocoons in which to escape the frenzy of the city. Designed like opulent apartments, they range from 35 to 110m2. Or how to feel at home in the Big Apple, but better.
