The ATEM and FUSI movement in support of the FAMa • Malijet

In order to help the Malian Armed Forces, the ATEM movement in collaboration with FUSI Mali have initiated blood donation days for the benefit of the FAMa. It was from May 21 to 22, 2022 at the Sominé Dolo hospital in Mopti. These blood donation days aimed to contribute to the rise of the Malian Armed Forces in their mission to defend the Fatherland.

Many of them answered the call of the ATEM movement and its partner FUSI Mali to donate their blood to the FAMa who fight night and day against the forces of evil.

Mamadou Konitio believes that no sacrifice is too much when it comes to helping his country. He also specified that this patriotic initiative towards the FAMa is really to be welcomed and encouraged.

Also present on the spot, the 3rd deputy mayor of the urban municipality of Mopti, Idrissa Bella Cissé congratulated the organizers of these days which will greatly relieve the FAMa when the need arises. He urged the population of Mopti to come out massively to fulfill this civic and noble duty vis-à-vis our defense tool.

For Doctor Modibo Coulibaly, pharmacist-biologist at the regional hospital of Mopti, if ATEM and FUSI Mali decide to initiate this gesture, this could only be welcomed in view of the security situation in our country. “The blood product is not produced in a laboratory. It is compulsory for an individual to give his blood for his neighbor who is in need”, he confided.

Regarding the organizers of these days, Mamadou Djenèpo, regional coordinator of FUSI Mali and Basile Fongoro of the ATEM movement, will say that every Malian these days must be on the ramparts. “Donating blood for this cause is very important and meaningful. They also warned that we must support our FAMa in their mission to secure people and their property with the means on board. They also invited other movements and associations to do the same for the good of our defense tool. “We must come to the aid of our military brothers, because what they are doing is enormous and priceless,” they concluded.
