The Vegan Women Summit (VWS) has announced its return to New York on May 18, 2023 for an all-new three-day experience. The annual summit, which is open to all, will feature its largest gathering yet with more than 100 guests giving talks and brands from the food, fashion and beauty industries, as well as networking experiences. and professional development.

This year, the summit will be hosted by New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who will host an exclusive VIP reception at the Mayor’s Mansion.

“More than half of the attendees are non-vegan, which I think is a big win.”

Co-hosted by Founder Jennifer Stojkovic and Conference Chair Miyoko Schinner, the summit will be held at the iconic 99 Scott event space in Brooklyn. After selling out in 2022, VWS says this year’s gathering is expanding to offer even more talks and events, including the winners of its first-ever concours of Public Choice Speakers, voted for by 22,000 members of the public.

The summit will feature a mix of indoor and outdoor stages, including a festival-style courtyard, marketplace, networking lane, food trucks and premium brand activation space.

“Bigger and better”

VWS says there will be many networking experiences, designed to connect attendees with job opportunities, investment opportunities and mentorship in the field. In 2023, VWS will also launch its “industry first” scholarship program, which will reward selected recipients with a free ticket to attend the summit.

“We are thrilled to bring back the Vegan Women Summit, bigger and better than ever!” commented Stojkovic. “Over half of our attendees are actually non-vegan, which I think is a huge win. In fact, our mission at VWS is to present not only the lifestyle opportunities, but the incredible business case for the vegan food, fashion and beauty industries.”
