A national event designed to make science more accessible, the 2022 Science Festival takes place from 7 to 17 October, with the theme “climate change”. In the Loire, the event, entirely free and centralized by CCSTI La Rotonde, will take place this year around three major actions *. The first takes place on Saturday 8 October from 10:00 to 18:00 on the side of the Explora site, in Saint-Etienne (8-10 rue Calixte Plotton). Entitled “Rotola!”, This day offers about fifteen creative and playful activities with free access or by reservation. Then, it is in Roanne that we go to the Science Village on 11 and 12 October from 9:00 to 12: 30 and from 13:30 to 17:00 in the Fontalon room. On the program, experiments, activities, exchanges and even a film-debate around the documentary Natura of October 12. Finally, on Saturday October 15, the MJC of Saint-Chamond proposes Les Sentiers Climatiques: A day that takes place in three locations of the department, with eight different activities: First, from 9:00 to 12:00, it is at the Maison du Parc de Pélussin that games, photographic safaris or reflections on biodiversity will enhance the morning. From 14:00 to 17:00, it takes place at the Center de la Travers du Bessat with games, quizzes and a nature walk. Finally, from 18:00 to 23:00, the LPO Loire offers astronomical observation at the site of Luzernod in La Valla-en-Gier.
