Tesla has suspended deliveries of Cybertruck pickups to customers for several weeks while a dangerous defect is fixed.
According to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), a car owner contacted them to complain about a stuck accelerator pedal on his Cybertruck pickup truck. The driver stated that the pedal became stuck during the journey and the car began to accelerate uncontrollably.
In March, a video was published on the TikTok platform, where a driver reported a similar problem, that the Cybertruck lift pedal did not return after being pressed while driving – got he braked, but as soon as he released the brake pedal, the car began to accelerate rapidly, so he ended it at the end he stopped and turned off the engine.
