to sell.

Boeing

Boeing’s share

flew 5.5 percent higher. The aircraft manufacturer is a heavyweight in the Dow Jones. The Boeing 737 MAX, which has been temporarily grounded worldwide in China, will soon be allowed to take off again, according to the Reuters news agency.

The Chinese authorities are said to be in the process of canceling the flight ban after the plane has been grounded for 2.5 years. According to Reuters, the aviation watchdog of the People’s Republic has indicated that it is happy with the changes in the software of the aircraft.

The 737 MAX was grounded worldwide for a long time from March 2019 after two fatal accidents in a short time. Hundreds of people were killed in the crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia. The cause turned out to be a flight assistance system that pushed the aircraft nose down at the wrong times. Boeing has made adjustments to correct the problems.

The United States, Canada and the European Union have already decided to let the 737 MAX fly again.
