Replacement tender curtain for official residence membership DPR was officially won by participants who offered a price of IDR 43.5 billion. The winner of this tender is the participant with the highest bid price.
The winner is PT Bertiga Mitra Solusi which is located in the Green Lake City area, Tangerang, Banten. The company managed to beat 48 other companies that participated in the auction.
Reported from the official page LPSE DPR, Sunday (8/5), the auction was named ‘Replacement of Gordyn and Blind DPR RI Kalibata’ with tender code 732087.
“The name of the winner is PT Bertiga Mitra Solusi, the offer price is Rp. 43,577,559,594.23, the result of the negotiation is Rp. 43,577,559,594.23,” wrote the official website. LPSE DPR RI.
On the official website of the DPR RI LPSE, only the bid prices of the three bidders can be seen. The bid price from PT Bertiga Mitra Solusi as the winner looks higher than the published bids from the other two participants.
PT. The three Solution Partners offered a price of IDR 43.5 billion. Meanwhile, two other bidders, namely PT Panderman Jaya, offered a price of IDR 42.1 billion and PT Sultan Sukses Mandiri for IDR 37.7 billion.
“The tender has been completed,” wrote the official website.
It is known that the DPR has allocated a budget of IDR 48.7 billion from the APBN for the replacement of the curtains for the DPR’s official residence in Kalibata, South Jakarta in March 2022.
Separately, the Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Dasco Ahmad’s husband, was reluctant to comment much on the curtain auction. He asked to be asked to the Secretary General of the DPR RI.
“Ask the secretary general. Indeed, the highest leadership is the secretary general about that. Want to talk about auctions, about catering for other things,” said Dasco to CNNIndonesia.com, Sunday (8/5).
CNNIndonesia.com has tried to contact the Secretary General of the DPR, Indra Iskandar, regarding the polemic of the DPR curtains. However, the person concerned has not responded until this news is revealed.
There has been no statement from PT Mitra Bertiga Solusi regarding the results of this tender. We are still trying to contact the company regarding this tender. Confirmation request via email has not received a response.
Reported from company site, the company is engaged in interior contractors and providers, systems integrators in technology and informatics. The company claims to have many clients from state-owned enterprises, private companies, and government agencies.
“Our current clients are Angkasa Pura II, the Directorate General of Immigration, the Ministry of Law & Human Rights and many more,” reads the company’s website.
On the company’s website, it has also been stated that the “Supply and Installation of Gordyn and Blind The House Of Representatives Of The Republic Of Indonesia” tender is included in the project current company.
MAKI Surprised The Highest Bidder Wins
The Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) highlighted the results of this DPR curtain tender. MAKI Coordinator Boyamin Saman was surprised because the winning company was the one who offered a higher price than the other two companies.
“To be honest, it’s a bit strange if the announcement of the winner who became the winner was the highest bidder. Because those who didn’t meet the requirements had already been knocked out in the previous phases, for example the goods were bad, didn’t get support, or didn’t meet the specifications, it wasn’t until the bids were opened,” Boyamin Saiman said as reported by Detikcom.
Boyamin said the tender process must be competitive. According to him, the winner of the tender should be chosen from the company that offers the lowest price and meets the requirements.
Boyamin believes that the other two companies participating in the tender will meet the requirements. Moreover, curtains are items that are easy to find on the market.
