Tender Announcement: Almassora City Council to Install Audiovisual Urban Elements for Citizen Information

The Almassora City Council will shortly publish in the Public Sector Contracting Platform the tender for the supply of seven audiovisual urban elements, known as mupis (urban information furniture), which are intended to inform the citizens of Almassora. These are advertising supports that will be installed in the most visible places in the town.

The information displayed will be remotely controlled and updated according to neighborhood needs. The placement of these devices responds, as it appears in the specifications, to the growing need to inform citizens about the actions that are carried out in the municipality, as well as to provide relevant information in terms of warnings, alarms and recommendations.

The contract, which will go out to tender with a budget of 119,790.00 euros including VAT, is made up of seven mupis and content management software.

The documentation shows that its object responds to the objectives of the EDUSI Plan prepared by the council in 2016, which has a markedly integrating nature and addresses economic, environmental, climatic, demographic and social aspects that favor and facilitate sustainable urban development. and integrated. Thus, this contract is subsidized by 59,895 euros by European funds, which represents 50% of the total.

The successful bidder must develop all the tasks for the start-up of all the elements related in the contract and its perfect operation.
