Team Ineos confirms name change and becomes INEOS Grenadiers

Team Ineos wants to compete during the Tour de France under the name Grenadier. According to the Italian Tuttobiciweb the British formation has submitted a request to UCI to change the team name and shirt color.
With this name change, Ineos wants to promote the 4 × 4 off-road vehicle that launched it early this month. The car will be released in the second half of 2021. The shirt would appear predominantly blue. Rumors about the team’s intention to appear have already appeared last month change name.

Ineos has the name change confirmed. It will ride the Tour under the name INEOS Grenadiers. The new shirt will be presented in the week before the Tour.
