Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce: Frankfurt Hopes for a Visit from the Pop Giant During NFL Games

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are the talk of the NFL right now. Kelce will soon be playing in Frankfurt – that gives the city hope for a visit from the pop giant.

The city of Frankfurt am Main is hoping for a visit from Taylor Swift during the two games of the NFL football league.

The pop giant was photographed holding hands with Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce this week. Kelce will play with the Chiefs against the Miami Dolphins at the Frankfurt Football Stadium on November 5th (3:30 p.m.).

“Really a special highlight”

“Everyone is warmly welcome in Frankfurt. I think they notice the harbingers. It is really a special highlight. I would be happy. I have also been following the topic – the big secret has been revealed,” said Mayor Mike Josef (SPD ) during a press conference about Kelce and Swift. There is currently no official confirmation of a possible romantic relationship between Kelce (34) and Swift (33).

Josef, NFL Germany boss Alexander Steinforth and Patrik Meyer, managing director of Stadion GmbH, already seemed well informed about Swift’s schedule. Their next concert after the NFL game on November 5th would be on November 9th in Buenos Aires. “It would be time,” said official Steinforth. “The flight would take less than five days. We’ll be surprised.” A request has already been made to the Chiefs about this.

Mayor Josef said with a smile: “The success of the event does not depend on Taylor Swift, but she is warmly invited.” Several million people applied for tickets for both games.

Frankfurt sees the games as a major sporting event for all of Germany. “It’s primarily a sporting highlight for us. Aside from the games, an extensive supporting program is planned in the city. NFL champion Kansas City will rent a publicly accessible boat and travel on the Main. Steinforth talked about the feedback he is currently receiving from Great Britain and the USA. “We get envious looks from outside because we have the reigning Super Bowl champions,” said Steinforth. Several games also took place in London. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is also expected to sign the city of Frankfurt’s Golden Book before the games.
