The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) will give this Friday, April 29, an informative talk to representatives of taxi drivers’ unions about the Techo Propio program and the New Mivivienda Credit.
The talk, which takes place in coordination with the Urban Transport Authority for Lima and Callao (ATU), is organized by Vitrina Inmobiliaria, the main information platform for the MVCS housing programs.
The event will feature the participation of representatives from the Mivivienda Fund, who will provide the audience with information on the Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH), a State subsidy aimed at low-income families so that they can acquire or build a home.
They will also provide information on the New Mivivienda Credit, which has the benefit of the Bono del Buen Pagador (BBP), a non-refundable financial aid provided by the State to those who access this mortgage credit to acquire a property. In addition, it contemplates the Mivivienda Verde Bonus, which is granted to those who acquire an eco-sustainable property through the New Mivivienda Credit.
This informative talk will take place at 3:30 pm at the institutional premises of the ATU, located at Calle José Gálvez 550, in the district of Miraflores.
During the event, there will also be a work table with ATU officials and representatives of the taxi drivers’ unions, in order to schedule the next dates for new talks.

It should be noted that currently the amount of the BFH of Own Roof is 40,250 soles in the New Home Acquisition modality and 27,600 soles in the Construction on Own Site format.
The BBP amount of the New Mivivienda Credit ranges from 10,300 soles to 24,600 soles, while the Mivivienda Verde Bonus is an economic aid of 5,100 soles.
