Taxes will not be increased: City of Daaden can continue to plan on a solid basis – Altenkirchen district

Michael Runkel brought some good news with him to the digital meeting of the Daaden Main and Finance Committee in difficult times: The city – despite Corona – is still in very good financial shape. The double budget for the years 2021 and 2022, which the treasurer explained in detail, is “still solid”, and the effects of the pandemic on the income side have so far hardly been felt. However, Runkel warned: “I fear that, like all municipalities, Daaden will suffer losses sooner or later.”
