Tatyana Doncheva with a hot comment about the elections

The failure of the negotiations to form a cabinet was natural in view of the composition of the parliament and the ratio of votes. This was stated in the Euronews PrimeTime studio by the leader of “Movement 21”, Tatiana Doncheva.

“The whole development of the plot was rather amateurish and this is the result of the fact that the main parliamentary groups were complete laymen, who, however, are conceited, cocky, with the self-confidence that the world starts from them, that everything is PR,” commented the political crisis in the country Doncheva.

She drew attention to the presence of prominent figures of ITN in the office and pointed to the example of the former foreign minister Teodora Genchovska, who now holds the position of deputy minister of defense in the interim government of Galab Donev.

According to her, for the first time in many years there are real problems that require everyone who is running for election to offer their solution.

“There are real problems and they are related to incomes, prices, winter supply with energy sources, complex international relations, which rest on everyone’s pocket,” emphasized the leader of “Movement 21”.

According to her, there is “some strange conversation” going on against this background, in which the battle between the former government and the official cabinet continues. The revision of the actions of the previous administration is imperative, Doncheva believes. She pointed out that tension has started to arise when the interconnector with our southern neighbor will be ready, and at the same time the construction of the facility has not yet been completed on the Greek side.

“We cannot solve the issue of diversification in one week or one month, no matter how delicate it is and the Americans press us,” says Doncheva.

She called for the contract with Gazprom to be “unblocked” until the necessary infrastructure and capacities are built to supply the necessary quantities of gas through Turkey and Greece. “I accept the concern that the Russians may decide to suddenly cut off the gas, although that is not very likely,” the Movement on 21 leader noted.

She stated that “Movement 21” is still considering whether to participate in the upcoming elections. “With independent participation, it will be difficult for us to pass the barrier, but we will cover the subsidy requirement in any case,” Doncheva said and predicted new elections after the New Year.

According to her, the political space is extremely fragmented and generates instability. According to Doncheva, the question of a possible so-called Euro-Atlantic coalition is quite speculative, because in Bulgaria there is a consensus among the political forces regarding our Euro-Atlantic affiliation.
