Tarasenko leaves the bubble – TVA Sports

Operated on his left shoulder in October, the forward Vladimir Tarasenko returned to St. Louis for it to be evaluated by the Blues doctors.

The Missouri club made the announcement on Tuesday. The Russian has missed three games, including his team’s last two, since the National Hockey League (NHL) resumed activities. General Manager Doug Armstrong said more details will be available soon.

Tarasenko was shut out in four playoff games, showing a -1 differential. He had previously been limited to 10 games (three goals, seven assists) at the start of the campaign before going under the knife. Tarasenko was one of the architects of the recent Stanley Cup conquest last spring with 17 points, including 11 goals, in 26 games.

The Blues face the Vancouver Canucks in Game 5 of the Western Conference quarterfinal series on Wednesday. The series is equal 2-2.
