Tang Shiyong and Liu Peiyue share experiences filming “Invisible Team” scenes

Article date: April 15, 2023

Tang Shiyong and Liu Peiyue attended the “Invisible Team” dinner last night. The two had scenes of being refrigerated and sexually assaulted respectively in the play. However, Liu Peiyue’s sexual assault scene was only explained by Ruan Haozong, who played Keng Shao, with dialogue and trouser chain actions. Tang Shiyong really wanted to shoot in the refrigerated truck. Liu Peiyue said: “I knew there was a rape scene when I didn’t receive the script. I was very worried that I didn’t know how to act and how to deal with my emotions. I cried while imagining at home. During the filming, I told the producer that I had the emotion of auditioning for this scene. Unexpectedly, he said, “Don’t worry, I won’t shoot for a second.” He didn’t want me to go through an uncomfortable process, and the TV scale should not be too bold. The audience worried that the relevant clips would be deleted and wasted? They didn’t shoot at all.”

Tang Shiyong smiled and asked, “Why don’t you take real shots? I want real shots? I was lying in the snow car and was really covered in snow. The temperature inside the car was below zero, very cold! Maybe the director was afraid that I wouldn’t feel that I have to experience it myself. I have also filmed a scene of being raped. Why did Liu Peiyue film it so easily? I forgot to tell the producer that I put myself in the refrigerator to feel frozen. If I said so, I might not have to shoot it. However, I think It can be a little more extreme, a little more perverted and bloody, now it’s too boring, and the audience will feel that they owe something.”
