Take a peek at the stocks that are widely collected by foreigners in the week

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. During this week, the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) closed down 2%. Foreign investors also recorded net sales of Rp 5.12 trillion in a week in all markets.

Quoting RTI data, foreign investors have been collecting consumer goods stocks for a week amidst the decline in the JCI. However, the value of foreign purchases is small.

Take for example PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) is the largest foreign buying share in the week. The total foreign net buy value in MYOR shares is only IDR 17.2 billion. It is recorded that MYOR’s share price also rose 3.75% in a week to a level of Rp 2,490 at the close of trading Friday (4/9).

PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP) IDR 17.0 billion. MAPI shares closed flat at Rp 685 at the close of trading Friday. MAPI’s share price is the same as last week’s closing price.

PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) Rp. 11.3 billion. Although the shares are collected by foreigners, LPPF’s share price closed slightly lower by 0.39% to Rp 1,280 per share on Friday trading.

PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) Rp. 5.3 billion. The same as the LPPF, even though it was bought by foreigners, ACES shares fell 0.31% during the kick to the level of Rp 1,600 per share.
