It has already been reported that Sweden won the final of the Eurovision Song Contest, which was held in Liverpool on the evening of May 13.

For 39-year-old Lorena, who was born in Stockholm to a family of Moroccan Berber immigrants, this is already the second victory in the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2012, she won the final of the competition with the song “Euphoria”.

Until now, only Johnny Logan from Ireland had won the Eurovision Song Contest twice – in 1980 and 1987.

Lorena has already won the seventh Eurovision song contest for Sweden. Only Ireland has as many wins.

Finland’s Kyrie came in second place with the song “Cha Cha Cha”, gaining 526 points in the combined jury and audience vote, but winning the audience vote.

The third place was taken by Noah Kirel from Israel with the song “Unicorn”, which was evaluated with 362 points.

Estonian representative Alika won the eighth place with the song “Bridges”.

On the other hand, Monika Linkīte from Lithuania came in 11th place with the song “Stay”, created by Latvian musicians Krists Indrišonoks and Jānis Jačmenkins.

The representatives of Latvia – the group “Sudden Lights” with the song “Aijā” – did not enter the final.
